The time we spent in Jordan was filled with so many amazing sights and experiences. We managed to visit Petra, the Dead Sea, Red Sea and Wadi Rum in our 10 day trip.
Our first stop was Madaba, a city close to the airport with 2 historic churches just minutes from each other.
Our hotel had a rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed our first glimpse of Jordan in daylight over breakfast.
St George’s Church houses the Madaba Mosaic map.
The much photographed site of Petra really does live up to the hype.
It’s always worth exploring to see things from a different perspective.
The sun setting on our day in Petra. Taken from a rooftop restaurant and bar in Wadi Musa.
The Red Sea, a chance to enjoy some time at the beach and another beautiful sunset.
The vastness of the desert at Wadi Rum was genuinely stunning.
Watching the deserts constantly changing colour during sunset was beautiful.
We ended our journey with a stop at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth.
